康复新液联合兰索拉唑、莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of Kangfuxin liquid combined with lansoprazole-mosapride for reflux esophagitis

目的观察临床上应用康复新液联合兰索拉唑、莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的效果,为反流性食管炎的临床治疗提供新思路。方法选取医院就诊的反流性食管炎患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用兰索拉唑、莫沙必利治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用康复新液治疗,疗程均为8周。治疗前后所有患者均进行症状分级和胃镜检查。结果治疗后,观察组临床症状分级与胃镜检查组织学分级均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用康复新液联合兰索拉唑、莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎具有协同作用,临床疗效显著,不良反应少,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with lansoprazole, mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis, in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 96 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 48 cases. The patients of control group were treated with lansoprazole and mosapride;The observation group, on the basis of the control group,was plus Kangfuxin Liquid for treatment. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Symptom grading and gastroscopy were performed in all patients before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the clinical symptom classification and histological grade of the observation group were superior to those of the control group , the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of Kangfuxin liquid combined lansoprazole, mosapride has a synergistic effect in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,with obvious curative effect and less adverse reaction,which can be widely used in clinical.
