鱼鳔补肾丸改善男性精子DNA碎片指数的120例临床观察

Effects of Yubiaobushen Pills on sperm DNA integrity improvement in 120 patients with idiopathic weak sperm

目的探讨临床应用鱼鳔补肾丸改善男性精子DNA完整性的效果。方法 120例男性精子DNA碎片率(DFI值)高于25%的男性患者连续给予口服鱼鳔补肾丸,于口服30d、60d、90d时复查精子DNA完整性及精液常规参数,比较DFI及精子活力的改善。结果连续口服30d、60d、90d鱼鳔补肾丸后,检测患者精子各种参数指标分析,可见随着服用时间增加DFI持续性下降,DNA完整性提高比较差异均有统计学意义;a级精子百分率、(a+b)级精子百分率、精子活动率也有持续提高,对a级精子百分率、(a+b)级精子百分率、精子活动率提升的有效率与治疗前比较差异亦有统计学意义;服用不同天数后DFI值治疗有效率呈持续性提高。结论鱼鳔补肾丸可以明显降低不育患者精子DFI值,通过修复损伤精子DNA提高精子质量,从而改善男性患者的生育能力。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Yubiaobushen Pills on DNA integrity in patients with idiopathic weak sperm. Methods 120 male outpatients with sperm DNA fragmentation index （DFI） more than 25% were given oral Yubiaobushen pills continuously for three months. Laboratory tests of sperm DNA integrity and regular sperm count were reperformed on day 30, 60, and 90 for comparison of DFI and sperm motility improvement. Results DFIs were continuously decreased during oral Yubiaobushen pills on day 30, 60, and 90, and a significant difference existed in comparison of DNA damage improvement; the percentages of grade ＂a＂ sperm, grade （＂a＂＋ ＂b＂） sperm, and sperm motility were continuously increased, significant differences existed in comparison of the percentages of grade ＂a＂ sperm, grade （＂a＂＋ ＂b＂） sperm, and sperm motility; DFI improvement were continuously increased on different days of treatment. Conclusion Yubiaobushen pills can significantly decrease patient sperm DFI, increase sperm quality through sperm DNA damage repair, ultimately improve the fertility of male patient with idiopathic weak sperm.
