摘要
基于有限体积法和流体体积法,在Open FOAM开源平台上编制了互不相溶粘弹多相流的新求解器,将之用于溢流法水辅共注填充过程的数值模拟中。针对皮层、内层熔体注射次序这一重要的工艺条件,进行了系统的数值分析,得出了结论:由于皮层、内层熔体零剪切粘度中弹性分量的不同,两熔体层的注射次序对水辅共注成型制件产生巨大影响,不恰当的两熔体层注射次序会导致制件被穿透而导致成型失败。最后进行了水辅共注成型的实验进行验证,得到的结论与数值模拟所得的结论保持了一致。
Based on the finite volume method and the volume of fluid method,a new solver was built on the open source platform named Open FOAM for the flow problems of viscoelastic fluids which repel each other. The solver can simulate the overflow water-assisted co-injection molding filling process. This paper systematically analyzed the influence of skin and inner melt injection order. The results showed the melt injection order have a giant effect on the product because of elastic component in zero shear viscosity of melts,a wrong melt injection order can lead to fail of molding because of being penetrated. Finally,the experiments of overflow water-assisted co-injection were carried out and the conclusion of numerical simulation has been verified.
