上饶市信州区老年人门球运动开展的现状调查研究

The Investigation and Study on Current Situation of Gate Ball among Senior Citizen in Xinzhou District,Shangrao City

门球运动是休闲体育运动项目之一,同时也是全民健身运动项目之一。随着我国经济水平的不断提高,门球运动越来越成为很多人,特别是老年人喜闻乐见的球类运动。通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、统计分析法,对上饶市信州区老年人门球运动的开展情况进行详细的调查分析,为上饶市信州区老年门球活动的开展提出相应的对策及其建议。

Gate ball is not only one of the leisure sports but also one of the national fitness exercises.With the continuous improvement of economics in our country,Gate ball is becoming more and more popular,especially among senior citizens. In this paper,questionnaire method,documentary analysis,interviews,statistical analysis are mainly used to investigate the current situation of gate ball among senior citizens in Xinzhou District,Shangrao City,and at the same time corresponding suggestions and strategies are proposed.
