摘要
在应用型人才培养的目标下,师范教育本科专业的实践教学目标、内容设置应有自身的特点,体现在职业技能、实践操作能力和创新精神上,突出师范生的教学基本功训练。实践教学体系的创新是大众化高等教育背景下人才培养的一个重要课题,以"两贴近"的实践教学改革为指导,培养学生四个方面的能力,并通过三种途径与形式加以实施,对做好学科建设、完善人才培养结构、提升办学水平和教学质量具有重要意义。
Guided by the target of training application-oriented talents,the practical teaching goal and content setting of undergraduate majors in normal education should have unique characteristics,which are reflected in professional skills,practical ability and innovative spirit,highlighting the teaching skill training of normal college students.The innovation of practical teaching system is an important project of talents training under the background of popularization of higher education. Based on the two- demand principle of practical teaching reform,it aims to train the ability of students in four aspects,and implement the reform through three approaches and forms. It is of great significance to the discipline construction,talent training structure,school-running level and teaching quality.
