灵芝火棘饮料对果蝇生长发育和抗氧化性能的影响

Effect of Pyracantha crenulata-Ganoderma lucidum Beverage on the Growth and Antioxidant Properties of Drosophila melanogaster

在果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)培养基中分别添加10%、15%、20%灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)火棘(Pyracantha crenulata)饮料,验证其对果蝇寿命、生殖力和抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:跟对照相比,培养基中添加15%灵芝火棘饮料能够使延寿率和成蝇率分别提高13.9%和6.3%,SOD活性提高13.9%,MDA含量降低17.4%。

The effects of supplementing a Drosophila melanogaster growth medium with 10%, 15% and 20% concentrations of a Pyracantha crenulata-Ganoderma lucidum beverage on the longevity, number of pupae derived from a single mating pair, number of adult flies derived from a single mating pair, and the superoxide dismutase （SOD） and malonyldialdehyde （MDA） levels in the flies, were determined. Compared to controls, lifespans, fertility rates and SOD levels were significantly improved （13. 9%, 6. 3% and 13. 9%, respectively）, and MDA levels decreased by 17.4%, following supplementation with 15% beverage.
