摘要
为有效降低PHC管桩生产过程中的能耗及简化生产工序,采用优选的混凝土配合比和早期保温养护措施,并充分利用环境温度对PHC管桩的作用,开发出了免蒸养高耐久性PHC管桩工艺技术。试验结果及工程应用情况表明,免蒸养PHC管桩混凝土的抗压强度完全能满足规范要求,具有较高的弹性模量、耐久性,可有效降低PHC管桩的生产能耗,且沉桩效果良好。
To reduce energy consumption in producing PHC piles, non-steam curing PHC pile technology was developed by adopting optimized concrete mix proportion and early heat preservation curing as well as ambient temperature effect. The test results and engineering application show that compressive strength of non-steam PHC piles produced by the non-steam curing technology can conform to the requirements of specifications and standards, its modulus of elasticity and durability are excellent. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties and its durability of non-steam PHC piles and effect of piling are good.The non-steam curing PHC pile technology may markedly reduce energy consumption.
