摘要
研究了不同聚灰比(P/C)时,聚合物乳液对不同龄期的水泥砂浆湿表观密度、抗压、抗折强度及黏结强度的影响。结果表明,加入聚合物纯丙乳液后,水泥砂浆的湿表观密度随乳液掺量的增加先增高后小幅度减少;水泥砂浆抗折、抗压强度随乳液掺量的增加呈现先增高后降低的趋势,水泥砂浆的黏结强度随乳液量的增加呈现明显增加。同时,研究了在固定聚灰比时消泡剂对水泥砂浆的性能影响,结果表明,掺入消泡剂可以有效改善水泥砂浆性能,消泡剂的掺量在0.2%时水泥砂浆的力学性能效果最佳。
The effects of polymer emulsion on wet bulk density, compressive strength, flexural strength and bond strength of cement mortar at different polymer-cement ratio (P/C) were studied. The results showed that after adding pure acrylic polymer emulsion, the wet bulk density of cement mortar decreases with the increasing of the emulsion at first and then present a small decrease. The flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar increase first and then decrease with the quantity of emulsion increasing. The adhesive strength with the amount of emulsions increasing showed a marked increase. At the same time, the research indicated that in the fixed ratio of polymer to cement, the defoaming agents played a positive role on properties of cement mortar. It can improve the performance of cement mortar effectively. The results also showed that mechanical properties of cement mortar have the best effect when the dosage of the defoaming agent at 0.2%.
