摘要
文章应用投入产出模型,对比分析中国2000-2010年和美国2010年的投入产出表以考察中国房地产业关联效应,并得到以下结论:目前中国房地产业的专业化程度依然较低,投入结构不尽合理,更多地依赖物质性投入品的消耗,仍处于数量积累和扩张的粗放阶段;中国房地产业所提供产品和服务更多被第二产业以及生产性服务部门所消耗,而非直接面向消费者;中国房地产业的影响力系数和感应力系数在各行业的影响力系数排名中基本处于垫底水平,对整个国民经济的贡献不如其他行业,不能支撑中国未来经济的发展。
In this paper, the input-output model is used to analyze the input-output table of China from 2000 to 2010 and the United States in 2010 to examine the correlation effect of China's real estate industry,. and the following conclusions are reached: the degree of specialization of China's real estate industry is still low, and the consumption of material inputs is still in the extensive stage of quantity accumulation and expansion. The products and services provided by China's real estate industry are consumed by the secondary industry and the productive service sector rather than directly. China's real estate industry's influence coefficient and the coefficient of inductance in the industry's influence coefficient ranking is basically at the bottom level, and it can not support China's future economic development.
