摘要
为准确掌握汉中市规模猪场使用量最大的两种猪瘟疫苗在实际应用中的免疫效果,在规模猪场选择4窝体质健康、体重接近的仔猪,随机分成4组,每组10头,分别接种猪瘟脾淋苗和细胞苗,采用IHA方法检测免疫接种前后抗体效价。结果显示,用标准剂量免疫后,2种疫苗都不能对猪群产生保护作用,用2头份剂量在仔猪30日龄首免,首免后28d加强免疫,2种疫苗都能对猪群产生很好的保护作用,能满足预防猪瘟疫病的需要,同时猪瘟脾淋苗免疫后刺激机体产生抗体的速度快,可用于紧急免疫接种。广大养殖户可以根据实际情况,科学合理选择使用猪瘟疫苗。
To accurately grasp the immune effects of two kinds of classical swine fever vaccine that were most used in large-scale pig farms in practice, we chose 4 healthy litters of piglets with similar weight. Then,the piglets,divided into 4 groups randomly, 10 pigs in each group, were inoculated with the spleenlymphocyte vaccine and cell vaccine respectively.Before and after immunization,the indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) method was used to detect the antibody titer.The results showed that after immunization, neither vaccine had protective effects on swine with standard dose. However,two vaccines both had good protective effects on swine when the first immunization of each piglet was on 30 day-age with 2 doses and a booster was on 28 d after first immunization, which can satisfy the prevention of classical swine fever.In addition, the spleen vaccine,stimulating organism to produce antibodies quickly,can be used for emergency vaccination.The farmers can choose classical swine fever vaccine scientifically and reasonably according to the actual situation.
