两种不同结构聚酰亚胺薄膜烧结线的防水性能研究

摘要 采用单面涂氟型聚酰亚胺薄膜(FH薄膜)和双面涂氟型聚酰亚胺薄膜(FHF薄膜)两种不同结构的聚酰亚胺薄膜,分别制得FH薄膜烧结线和FHF薄膜烧结线,并对薄膜和薄膜烧结线的性能进行对比研究。结果表明:FHF薄膜的剥离强度大于FH薄膜,FHF薄膜烧结线的附着性优于FH薄膜烧结线,且其防水性能更优。 Two kinds of polyimide film sintering copper wires were prepared by the polyimide film coat- ing with fluorine on one side (FH film) and the polyimide film coating with fluorine on two sides (FHF film), and the properties of the films and the sintering wires were studied. The results show that the peel strength of the FHF film is higher than that of the FH film, and the adhesion and waterproof prop- erty of the FHF film sintering copper wire are better than that of the FH film sintering copper wire.
