摘要
教学活动具有艺术性、科学性、实践性、交往性、反思性等性质。教学文化是一种知识性、活动性、交往性和学术性的文化,是对教学活动性质的综合体现。这些性质奠定了教学文化功能的基础。教学文化与教师教学发展的关系可从两个方面来阐释:一是教学文化有助于教师自主决定专业发展的学术取向、拓宽教学视野、转变思维方式、确立教学学术的观念;二是教学文化对教师教学发展具有导向引领功能、教化规范功能、机制支撑功能。
The properties of teaching activities are artistic, scientific, practical, communicative, reflective, etc. Teaching cul- ture is a kind of knowledge, activity, communicative and academic culture. It' s a comprehensive reflection of the teaching activities property. These properties are the foundation of teaching cultural function. The relationship between teaching culture and the devel- opment of teaching can be explained from two aspects. First, the teaching culture can help teachers to decide the academic orienta- tion of professional development, broaden the teaching field, change the way of thinking and establish the concept of teaching aca- demic. Secondly, the teaching culture has a guiding function for the development of teaching, normative function and supporting function for the mechanism.
