新时期高校青年马克思主义者培养工程模式创新研究

The Research of Innovative Training Project for Young College Marxists in New Period

"青年马克思主义者培养工程"自2007年启动至今,已在全国大部分省市自治区顺利开展,该项工程在推动马克思主义中国化、引导青年坚定走中国特色社会主义道路方面取得了阶段性成效。同时,也暴露出培养目标模糊、选拔方式僵化、课程体系刻板化、学员管理短期化等问题。针对此状况,应从培养目标、培养对象、培训内容、培养方法、团队建设等方面研究并探索新时期高校"青马工程"实施的新模式,更好助力"青马工程"在高校实施过程中有效达到培养真正合格的"高校大学生青年马克思主义者"的目标。

＂The Young Marxist Training Project＂, initiated from 2007, has been smoothly launched in the most part of China and has made periodic achievement on promoting the sinicization of Marxism and guiding young people to the Socialism with Chinese characteristics. Meanwhile, the problems such as vague objectives, rigid selection mode, stereotyped course system and short-term student management have been exposed. This research will be conducted on training objectives, participants, contents, methodology and team construction to explore the innovative mode of the implementation of ＇ the Young Marxist Training Project＇ and offer the as- sistance on achieving the objective--cultivating the qualified ＂young college Marxist＂.
