摘要
协同教学模式在突出以学生为主体的课堂教学改革中已占有一席之地。协同教学的内涵及分类维度在国内外学术界并不是很统一,但该模式已经被越来越多地应用到我国高等教育人才培养教学实践过程中。由于缺乏理论指导、制度保障、团队有效建设及学生学习方式配套调整等因素,在地方高校师范类专业应用协同教学模式培养一线预备教师的过程中其有效性不足,因此,通过调整平台建设、完善管理机制及探索相关理论等措施使协同教学模式在实践教学过程中效能最大化。
Collaborative teaching mode has its place in taking the student as the main body of classroom teaching reform. The connotation and category of collaborative teaching in academia is not unified, but this model has been applied to the higher education talents cultivation in the process of teaching practice in China frequently. Due to a lack of theoretical guidance, institutional guaran- tee, team building and students' learning adjustment and other factors, for preparing application of collaborative teaching mode to cultivate professional teachers in the process of its effectiveness in the local university teachers' class is insufficient, by adjusting the platform construction, improving the management mechanism, and exploring the related theory, the effectiveness of collaborative teaching mode in the practice teaching process would be maximized.
