Innovative Ideological and Political Education of University with the Mode and Method of Engineering Thinking

理论思维与工程思维是不同的思维范式。在高校思想政治教育领域,人们在理论上并未能够自觉区分理论思维与工程思维,往往以理论思维代替工程思维,用理论思维来指导高校思想政治教育的实践。事实上,高校思想政治教育是一项复杂的社会工程,需要以工程思维为指导来谋划、设计与操作实施。文章分析并阐述了以工程思维与方法指导并创新高校思想政治教育的六大特点及其预期实践效果。

The theory thinking is a mode of thinking different from Engineering Thinking. In the field of ideological and political education of University,people do not distinguish consciously between the theory thinking and engineering thinking. They usually use theory thinking instead of engineering thinking and guild ideological and political education of University. This paper puts forward it is a social engineering of university ideological education. It must be designed and operated with the mode and method of engineering thinking. It presents six characteristics and its results of practical action to innovate university ideological and political education with the mode of engineering thinking.
