纳滤膜分离技术应用于盐湖卤水提锂的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 中国青藏高原具有丰富的盐湖锂资源,然而卤水中镁锂质量浓度比过高制约了盐湖提锂的产业化进程。由于纳滤膜具有优异的截留二价和多价离子而透过单价离子的性能,从而可应用于卤水镁锂分离。为此,分析总结了中国盐湖卤水提锂产业化现状,对纳滤膜分离技术在盐湖卤水提锂方面的研究进展进行了详细综述,在此基础上提出了纳滤膜分离技术应用于盐湖卤水提锂的发展方向和展望。 China' s Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is rich in salt lake lithium resources.However,the mass concentration ratio of magnesium to lithium in the salt lake brine is too high to restrict the industrialization process of lithium extraction.The nanofihration membrane has excellent performance of intercepting bivalent and multivalent ions,so it can be applied in separation of magnesium and lithium in brine.Therefore, the status of lithium extraction from salt lake brine and its industrialization situation in China were summarized.And,the research progress of nanofiltration membrane separation in lithium extraction from salt lake brine was reviewed in detail.At last,the development direction and prospect of the application of nanofihration in lithium extraction from salt take brine were put forward.
