摘要
以生石膏为原料,一步常压酸化法制备无水硫酸钙晶须。采用单因素条件实验研究了反应温度、反应时间、浓盐酸与水的体积比对产物的影响,并借助X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明:在反应温度为70℃、反应时间为4 h、浓盐酸和水的体积比为4∶1的条件下,一步法制备出了长度为10~20μm、直径为0.1~0.3μm的无水硫酸钙晶须。
Using gypsum as raw material, anhydrous calcium sulfate whiskers were prepared by one-step atmospheric acidification method.The influences of reaction temperature, time, and volume ratio of concentrated-HCl/H/O on the product were investigated by single factor tests.Whiskers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray spectroscopy (EDS).The experiment results showed that, when the volume ratio of concentrated-HCl/H2O was 4:1, and the reaction temperature was controlled above 70℃ for 4 h, anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker can be formed with lengths of 10-20 μm and diameters of 0.1-0.3 μm.
