麻叶荨麻在陇东黑山羊育肥中的应用研究

Applied Research on Urtica Cannabina in Fattening of Longdong Black Goat

随着饮食结构的不断调整,人们对肉类产品的要求从以前量的需求逐渐转变为对品质的追求。陇东黑山羊因其肉质细嫩,低脂肪高蛋白、低胆固醇,膻腥味极轻,越来越受到消费者的追捧。为了解决陇东黑山羊生产中饲料利用率低的问题,本研究选择以麻叶荨麻为研究对象,探索其在陇东黑山羊育肥中的应用效果。结果表明,粗饲料中添加麻叶荨麻水平在30%以下,可以有效提高陇东黑山羊饲料利用率,为麻叶荨麻在陇东黑山羊育肥中大范围推广使用提供参考。

With the continuous adjustment of dietary structure, people demand for meat products from the previous quantity gradually into the pursuit of quality. Because of its meat of Longdong black goat is tender, low fat and protein, low cholesterol, the smell of mutton about light, so it have got the more consumer. In order to solve the problem of low utilization rate of feed on Longdong black goat production, the urtica cannabina was choosed to as the research object, and the aim was to explore the effect of its application in the fattening Longdong black goat. The results showed that the adding hemp leaf roughage nettle levels below 30%, Longdong black goat can effectively improve the feed utilization rate. This study can be fattened for urtica cannabina in Longdong black goat large scale promotion and it can provide the reference.
