规模养殖猪场主要疫病流行病学和血清学调查报告

Report on Epidemiological and Serological of Major Diseases on Scale Swine Farms

为了分析大型猪场的发病情况,笔者应用流行病学方法对6个年生产能力万头以上的规模化猪场猪的发病、死亡情况进行了调查。结果表明,关于发病率和死亡率,种公猪分别为10.0%、3.3%,生产母猪为8.4%、1.8%,哺乳仔猪为20.7%、8.9%,保育仔猪为10.7%、5.9%,育肥猪为8.5%、2.1%。应用实验室血清学方法对O型口蹄疫、高致病性猪蓝耳病、猪瘟、伪狂犬病、支原体肺炎、细小病毒病、副嗜血杆菌病、衣原体病、圆环病毒病、乙型脑炎、弓形虫病、传染性胃肠炎、传染性胸膜肺炎和布鲁氏菌病等14种疫病进行了检测,猪场各生产环节经免疫的O型口蹄疫、高致病性猪蓝耳病、猪瘟、伪狂犬病和支原体肺炎5种疫病的抗体阳性率分别达到76.3%以上;查出细小病毒病、副嗜血杆菌病、衣原体病、圆环病毒病、乙型脑炎、弓形虫病、传染性胃肠炎、传染性胸膜肺炎、布鲁氏菌病等9种感染疫病,其抗体阳性检出率分别为37.5%、37.0%、35.1%、32.6%、29.3%、26.6%、1.6%、1.3%和0.5%。猪的生长发育阶段不同,各感染疫病的抗体阳性检出率也不尽相同,并且两病或多病混合感染的情况较为严重。

In order to analyse the incidence of disease on scale swine farms, morbidity and mortality of six large-scale pig farms which annual production capacity is more than 10 000 were investigate using epidemiological methods. The results showed that the morbidity and mortality for boars were 10.0% ,3.3% ,for sows were 8.4% ,1.8% , for piglets were 20.7%, 8.9% , for nursery pigs were 10.7% ,5.9%, and for fattening pigs were 8.5%,2. 1%, repectively. O-type foot-and-mouth disease, PRRS, swine pseudorabies, mycoplasma pneumonia, parvovirus disease, Haemophilus disease, chlamydia, Circovirus Disease, encephalitis, toxoplasmosis, infectious gastroenteritis, infectious pleural pneumonia and brucellosis etc. 14 kinds of diseases were detected using laboratory serological rhethods. The antibady positive rate of O-type FMD, highly pathogenic blue ear disease, swine fever, pseudorabies and mycoplasma pneumonia were more than 76.3 % ; The antibady positive rate of Parvovirus disease, Haemophilus disease, ehlamydia, Cireovirus Disease, encephalitis, toxoplasmosis, infectious gastroenteritis, infectious pleuropneumonia, brucellosis were 37.5%, 37%, 35.1%, 32.6%, 29.3%, 26.6%, 1.6%, 1.3% and 0.5%, respectively. The invetigation also indicated that pigs in different growth stages, each infection disease antibody positive rate are different, and mixed infection are more serious.
