高职院校畜牧兽医专业顶岗实习现状与对策

Research on Current Situation,Issues and Measures for Higher Vocational Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Professional Students' In-post Practice

顶岗实习是高职教育的一个重要环节。通过顶岗实习,提高学生实践操作能力和岗位适应能力。但是大多数职业院校在学生顶岗实习的管理过程中存在着诸多问题,严重影响我国职业教育的发展。本文以甘肃农业职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业顶岗实习为例,通过调查学生顶岗实习情况,分析存在的问题及其原因,并提出提高顶岗实习质量的对策和建议。

In-post practice plays a very important role in the vocational education. It is an effective way to improve students practical ability, as well as job adaptability. However, there are quite lots of issues to be settled during the in-post practice. This study taken the current situation of Husbandry and Veterinary profession of Gansu Agricultural Technology College for example, discussing and analysing the existing problems and its reasons. Based on the research, the author put forward measures and suggestions for higher vocational schools to improve the quality of in-post practice.
