藏羊颗粒精料补充料加工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用甘南本地农副产品资源,通过物理化学方法研制藏羊颗粒精料补充饲料,探讨不同配方的加工工艺和设备配套效果。结果表明:颗粒粒度直径为5.0mm,长度10.0mm;含粉率为3.8%、粉化率8.5%、硬度为0.98 MPa,各项指标均符合国标GB/T16765中有关颗粒饲料加工质量的要求。单位营养水平较高,能满足藏羊冷季生产中对能量及蛋白的需要。卫生指标均符合GB13078《饲料卫生标准》的规定。试验研制的藏羊颗粒精料补充料是优质安全的饲料,适宜在青藏高原高寒牧区推广应用。 This paper discussed the processing technology and equipment supporting effect ofdifferent formula use the local by-products resource by thephysical and chemical methods. The results showed that the particle size is 5.0 ram, the length is 10.0 mm, the powder content is 3.8%, the powder rate is 8.5% ,the hardness is 0.98 MPa, all the indexes meet the requirements of the quality of pellet feed processing in the national standard GB/T16765. The unit nutrient level is higher and it can meet the need of energy and protein requirements of Tibetan sheepin cold season. Health indicators are in line with the GB13078 "feed hygiene standards"provisions. The experiment showed that pellet feed supplement is a safe and high quality feed, which is suitable for popularization and application in alpine pastoral area of Qinghai Tibet Plateau.
