摘要
矿产资源开发利益分配是否合理对矿产资源的开发、利用和保护有着重要影响。为了有效协调矿产资源开发中国家利益、地方利益、矿区群众利益之间的冲突,必须建立矿产资源开发利益分享机制,调节矿产资源收益分成比例,完善矿产资源产权制度和资源税费制度,建立以区域利益补偿和资源收益共享的分配机制。
