摘要
通过建设"创新走廊"推动区域产业创新发展已成为发达国家和地区的普遍做法。论文从区域经济学以及协同创新理论的交集区域入手,探讨了"创新走廊"建构的理论基础。然后通过系统整理国外创新区(带)的典型建设经验,提出"创新走廊"的系统发展结构以及建设框架式范式。论文最后提出若干发展政策建议可供参考。
The construction of ＂ Innovation Corridor＂ to promote regional industrial innovation and development has become a common practice in developed countries and regions. From the intersection of regional economics and the collaborative innovation theory, this paper discusses the theoretical foundation for the construction of ＂ Innovation Corridor＂. By scanning the typical construction experience of Innovation Zone （ or Belt）, this paper concludes the construction frame and development paradigm for ＂Innovation Corridor＂. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for policy reference.
