摘要
运用负二项回归模型分析了高校科研人员承担产业研究的影响因素。论文产出、政府资助、最高学位对产业研究具有显著影响,技术职称、管理职务、第一学历、海外经历等因素则无重要影响。强化物质激励、加大科研资助、拓宽职业流动渠道、改革人事管理制度等措施有助于推动产业研究的发展。
Using negative binomial regression model, this article examined several possible factors that may influence the possibility of receiving industry funding. Academic output, government funding and academic degree have significant influence on industry research, while other factors have no signifi- cant influence. Strengthening the material incentive, reinforcing scientific research funding, broadening career advancement, and innovating personnel management system are important measures of developing industry research.
