摘要
直流变换器广泛应用于诸如航空、新能源等系统中,其故障的快速诊断可以有效提高整个系统的可靠性。提出一种适用于单管PWM直流变换器(工作在电流连续模式)的实时快速故障诊断方法。该方法仅以直流变换器中磁性元件的电压为诊断依据,无需引入额外的测量元件。通过对变换器故障发生后磁性元件电压的分析,提出了基于电压时序的诊断方法。通过电压信号和驱动信号的配合,可以在不到一个开关周期的时间内实现变换器的故障诊断。最后,以buck变换器为例进行实验验证,结果证明了所提方法的有效性。
DC-DC converters are widely used in many applications such as aviation service, renewable power generation, and so on. Fault diagnosis of DC-DC converters can highly enhance reliability of whole system. In this paper, a fast and simple fault diagnosis method was proposed for single-switch DC-DC converters(working on continuous current mode). Magnetic component voltage was treated as diagnostic criteria, and thus no additional sensor was needed. By analyzing fault behaviors during the next faulty switching period, fault diagnosis could be realized based on combination of voltage criteria and gate-driver signal, and detection time was not more than one switching period. Finally, experiments for buck converter were used to verify effectiveness of this method.
