Most of Zhu Taosun’poems are written for singing,farewell,journey,history and paintings.Some of them are lyric poems.The farewell poems are written in the form of narration to record his experiences,emotions and interests etc.in his interpersonal communications.The contents of his journey poems change when objects and sights change,depicting the quiet and isolated mountains,lonely sentiments of walking in a cold morning,unusual and splendid images of the nature etc.His love poems are gorgeous and rich in connotations,presenting the awareness of independent marriage in some way.With great wisdom and profound artistic accomplishments,he writes various verses freely.He not only inherits his family tradition,but goes farther through his innovations in poetry.Generally speaking,his poems possess an elegant,clear and exquisite style.
