摘要
根据浮法玻璃在高低温阶段不同的热膨胀属性,对浮法玻璃在锡槽成形过程中形成的断面温差及其影响进行了推导,分析讨论了高温阶段玻璃成形温差的可能表现,指出在低温均热阶段并不能消除高温成形温差的不利影响,认为成形温差将转化为浮法玻璃某种先天性的非均质属性,同时给出缩小或消除成形温差的相应措施。
According to the different thermal expansion features of float glass at high and low temperature, the temperature difference on the cross-section and its influence on the formation of float glass in the tin bath were derived. The possible phenomenon of temperature difference while forming under high temperature was discussed. It is pointed out that the adverse effect of forming temperature difference at high temperature can not be eliminated in the low temperature soaking phase. It is concluded that the forming temperature difference will be transformed into a kind of inherent heterogeneity of float glass. At the same time, the corresponding measures for reducing and eliminating the temperature difference of glass forming were recommended.
