我国钛矿资源安全预警跟踪分析 被引量:6

摘要 文章采用AHP方法,构建了钛矿安全预警评价体系,通过对矿业投资增长率、进口集中度、价格波动率等指标系列的基础数据分析,完成了分类指标的安全预警程度测算与结果分析,得出矿业投资、钛精矿进口和海绵钛企业开工率等存在不同程度的安全风险。通过测算得出近期我国钛矿资源的综合安全预警值基本小于6,安全程度呈振荡下行态势。最后就目前安全现状,提出了优化与保障行业发展投资,提升企业开工率安全级别,统筹布局钛资源引进渠道与格局,提升我国钛矿资源安全供应的政策措施。 In this paper, a safety pre - warning and evaluation system of titanium mineral resources was established by AHP methods. Based on analysis of mining investment growth rate, import concentration ratio, price volatility and other indexes, the safety pre -warning level measurement and analysis for each index were completed. It was concluded that mining investment, titanium importation and titanium sponge production existed different levels of safety risks. After relevant calculating, the comprehensive titanium safety pre -warning value turned out to be less than 6 recently, and the safety degree presented oscillation and decline trend in China. Finally, according to present safety situation, some safe supply suggestion of titanium ore resources were put forward, such as optimizing and guarantying industry development investment, improving safety level of enterprise operating, arranging the overall layout of titanium resources import channels and pattern.
