斜缝减震罐道接头设计探讨

摘要 介绍了斜缝罐道接头的设计,重点描述了斜缝罐道接头的结构、滚压悬空率、材料消耗等,并通过与其它类型罐道接头的分析比较,认为斜缝罐道接头减震效果好,更适用于冷弯空心型钢制作的刚性罐。 This paper introduces the design of joint of inclined cage guide, and focuses on the description of structure, rolling suspension rate, material consumption of the joint of inclined cage guide. By analyzing and comparing with the other types of joint of cage guide, it shows that the inclined joint of cage guide hos good effect of shock absorption and is more suitable for making rigid cage guide by using cold formed steel hollow sections.
