预焙阳极提质增产节能降本研究 被引量:1

Measures for improving quality, saving energy and lowering cost in prebaked carbon anodes production

摘要 某公司炭素系统原采用2台32罐煅烧炉煅烧;国产振动成型机,非连续性混捏生产;36室敞开环式焙烧炉生产,使用重油作为燃料;组装土法浇铸。运行过程中存在预焙阳极质量差、产能低、能耗高和成本高等问题。为解决上述问题,该公司开展了改善预焙阳极质量、提高系统产能、降低能耗、降低成本等研究工作。从原材料控制、工艺优化、过程管控、操作精细化等方面进行全面改善,使预焙阳极质量大幅改善;从优化焙烧升温曲线、改进运行模式一系列措施,使系统产能大幅提高;实施重油改天然气、焙烧系统全方位密封、低负压小风量操作技术控制和节电技术应用,使能耗显著下降;通过创新成本管理模式,煅烧炉经济运行、阳极外形尺寸改进、实施阳极钢爪自铸和人员管理创新,使阳极成本大幅降低。该技术通用性强,综合节能效果显著,对同行业具有较强的指导和借鉴意义。 An original system in a carbon plant composed of two sets of 32-pot ealciner, a homemade vibration machine with non- continuous kneading production, 36-room open ring master production used heavy oil as fuel, and an indigenous casting assembly was adopted during eletrolysis. During operation there exited the problems including poor-quality prebaked anode, low productivity, high energy consumption, high cost and so on. To solve the above problems, some measures were adopted from the view of raw mate- rims control, process optimization, process control, operation and other aspects of overall improvements, including the implementation of heavy oil to natural gas, the firing system full-sealed, low vacuum operation of small wind technology control and energy-saving technology, the anode dimensions improvement, and implementation of anode steel claw from the cast, which will significantly in- crease the comprehensive energy-saving effect, and give the guidance and reference for carbon industry.
