我国儿童发育量表研究进展及建议

Research Progress and Application of Domestic Child Development Scale

儿童发育量表是评价儿童心理发展水平、监测儿童发育异常以及鉴别儿童是否患有神经系统异常疾病的重要工具。本文就国内研发的几种综合性和单项儿童发育量表的研究与应用情况进行阐述,指出国内本土研发的儿童发育量表较为稀缺,儿童发育评估主要采用国外引进量表。最后就本土儿童发育量表匮乏的原因及引用国外量表存在的问题进行阐述,并据此提出相应的建议。

Child Development Scale（CDS） is an important tool to evaluate children＇s psychological development status, monitor children＇ s development progress and identify whether children suffers from neurological disorders. In this paper, we demonstrate the research and application progress of several domestic CDS which focus on multidimensional and/or single dimensional develop- ment of children. We also point out that the domestic CDS was relatively rare and foreign CDS has been widely used, which will cause many problems. The reason why domestic CDS is rare and the problems underlying massive using foreign CDS are given, and some suggestions about those problems are put forward in the end.
