摘要
为了推进特殊教育的发展,提高残疾学生,特别是重度残疾学生的入学率,保证每个学生都能接受合适的教育,全国各地积极贯彻实施送教上门。本研究从送教内容及其实施等方面介绍了栾川县送教上门的操作实践,发现目前送教上门还存在个别化教育计划的制定与实施缺乏刚性约束、现有的师资队伍难以保障送教上门的质量和残疾学生家庭缺乏系统支持三方面的问题。通过对实践经验的梳理与反思,希翼对今后的送教上门工作提供借鉴。
In order to promote the development of special education and improve the enrollment for students with disabilities, espe- cially those with severe disabilities, and make sure that every student will be able to accept a suitable education, the country ac- tively implements the policy of sending free education to door. This study introduces the practice of Luanchuan county. The prac- tice still havethree problems : the development and implementation of IEP lack rigid constraints ; existing teacher staff are difficult to guarantee the quality of sending free education to door; family also lack systematic support. We hope this studymight provide reference for future practice.
