摘要 文章梳理了页岩气开发中广泛采用的污染治理技术,特别针对油基钻井废弃物和压裂返排液处理技术开展研究分析,结合国内生产实际情况,介绍各项技术的优劣。通过一线科技专家评分,在油基钻井废弃物资源化利用与无害化处理技术中热脱附法得到最高评价,压裂返排液一、二级处理技术中化学絮凝法得分最高,压裂返排液三级处理技术中反渗透技术得分最高,得分最高的技术在国内外油基钻井废弃物处理及压裂返排液处理应用中十分普及,评分情况与实际应用情况相符,反映了评分系统的准确性。该研究对我国页岩气开发污染治理技术甄选和研发具有借鉴参考价值。 This study reviewed treatments widely used in shale gas development,especially focusing on oil based drilling waste treatments and frac-back water treatments.It also introduced advantage and disadvantage of all selected treatments and analyzed the deployment of these treatments in China.Based on the comments and rating from experts of shale gas environment treatments,this study clarified the recommended mature technologies which are thermal desorption of oil based drilling waste treatments,chemical flocculation and reverse osmosis of frac-back water treatments.The analysis selected treatments are now widely used in China,which reflects the accuracy of this study.The result of this study shows the priority to develop China's shale gas environment technologies.
