摘要
推进教育领域供给侧改革需处理好扩大有效供给与提高供给品质、清理无效供给与激发合理需求、理顺结构调整的目的与供给侧改革的手段、拓宽供给渠道与优化多元治理四对基本关系。通过改善结构、制度层面的有效供给,破解教育结构失衡、供需错配的困局,激发我国教育长期稳定发展的新动力。
In the process of promoting supply-side reform, we should deal well with four pairs of relations of expanding the effective supply and improving supply quality, cleaning up ineffective supply and stimulating reasonable demand, dealing with the relationship between reforming purpose and reforming mode, broadening the supply channel and optimizing multiple governance. We should improve the effective supply in structural and institutional level, crack the imbalance in educational structure, the mismatch dilemma of supply and demand, so as to strengthen the power of long-term smooth development of education in China.
