不同处理对暴马丁香种子萌发及育苗的影响 被引量:2

摘要 分别采用层积沙藏(2个月)、温水浸泡(40℃,50℃,60℃)、超声波(40 k Hz,50 k Hz,60 k Hz)、赤霉素(100 mg/L,200 mg/L,300 mg/L)浸泡4种不同的方法对暴马丁香种子进行预处理,研究了不同处理对暴马丁香种子萌发、育苗的影响以及不同处理的协同效应,以期筛选出能够快速打破休眠、促进种子萌发的方法。结果表明:不同处理均提高了暴马丁香种子的萌发率及育苗效果。4种不同方法的处理效果依次为:层积沙藏>100 mg/L赤霉素浸泡>50 k Hz超声波>50℃温水浸泡。用50 k Hz超声波和100 mg/L赤霉素进行协同处理,暴马丁香种子发芽率高达92.36%,出苗率达90.13%,平均发芽天数比对照减少了3.71 d.该方法操作简单,成本低廉,具有实际生产意义。 Four kinds of methods were used to pre-treat the seed such as stratification in sand (2 months), warm water immersion (40 ℃, 50 ℃, 60 ℃ ), ultrasonic treatment (40 kHz, 50 kHz, 60 kHz) and gibberellin immersion ( 100 mg/L, 200 mg/L, 300 mg/L). In order to screen suitable method for fast breaking dormancy and promoting seed germination of Syrigna Reticulata, the effects of different treatments on its seed germination and seedling were studied. Further, the suitable treatments were selected for coordination treatment. Results showed that the 4 treatments all improved the seed germination and seedling effect of Syrigna Reticulata, and the order of effect on seed germination and seedling under the 4 different treatment was as follow, stratification in sand (2 months) 〉 gibberellin immersion (100 mg/L) 〉 ultrasonic treatment (50 kHz) 〉 warm water immersion(50℃). Seed germination rate and seedling emergencerate could reach 92.36% and 90.13% in the coordination treatment of 50 kHz ultrasonic and 100 mg/L gibberellin immersion on Syringa reticulate. Its average germination days was 3.71 days less than contrast. This method was simple in operation, low in cost and had a practical significance in production.
