摘要
为了分析羽毛羽绒重金属的各种形态,运用Tessier五步连续法提取羽毛羽绒中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni这6种重金属元素,并使用原子吸收光谱进行测定。根据所检测重金属元素形态的分析,羽毛羽绒各金属的含量及其形态的分布存在较大的差异,Cu、Zn、Ni元素主要以残渣态为主,Pb、Cr、Cd元素的碳酸盐结合态的占比比其他形态的占比要多。通过Tessier五步连续法提取的重金属元素各形态的和与羽毛羽绒直接消解测出的含量进行对比,可以推测出用Tessier五步连续法提取羽毛羽绒重金属形态是可行的。
In order to study and analyze all kinds of heavy metal forms in feather,six heavy metal elements including Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Cr,and Ni were extracted from the feather by Tessier five-step procedure,and the extracted metals were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results show that the overall contents of heavy metals and their form distribution in samples varied greatly according to the form analysis.Cu,Zn,Ni were mainly in residual form,and the proportion of the carbonate binding state of Pb,Cr and Cd was higher than that of other forms.Through comparing the sum of various forms of heavy metal elements extracted by Tessier five-step procedure with the content measured by direct digestion of feather,we infer that the heavy metal form extracted by Tessier five-step procedure is feasible.
