洗涤及热定型对柔性传感器导电性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用5种不同的导电纤维试织出10种针织柔性传感器试样。对试样进行洗涤及热定型处理,分析不同的洗涤次数及热定型温度对纬编导电针织物等效电阻的影响。结果表明:随着洗涤次数的增加,镀银导电织物横向尺寸先变小后纵向尺寸变小,织物电阻先减小后略微增大趋于平稳;同为单丝的不锈钢丝与铜丝,电阻增大。选择镀银纤维作为柔性传感器的后整理工艺中,可以采用100℃或120℃的定型温度以期达到较合理稳定的电阻值。各试样在40横列×40纵行的等效电阻随洗涤次数的变化幅度极小,随着热定型温度的升高电阻变化率小,可见所织柔性传感器较耐洗涤,同时热稳定性较好。 The ten kinds of different weft-knitted flexible sensors were knitted by five kinds of different conductive fibers.The samples were treated by washing and heat setting to analyze the effect of washing times and heat setting temperatures on equivalent resistance of weftknitted conductive fabric.The results are the following:with the increase of washing times,the longitudinal size of silver-plated knitted fabric decreased after the lateral size decreased.The equivalent resistance of conductive knitted fabric decreased first then increased slightly and tended to be stable.The resistance of stainless steel wire and copper wire increased.In the post-finishing process where silver-plated fiber is used as the flexible sensor,we can choose 100 ℃ or 120 ℃ as the setting temperature to reach a more reasonable and stable resistance value.The equivalent resistance of 40×40weft-knitted flexible sensors changed very little with the change range of washing times,and resistance change rate was small with the rise of heat setting temperature.It can be seen that weft-knitted flexible sensors have good laundering durability and thermal stability.
