摘要
采用梳棉网棉结杂质计数法,通过观察机采棉与手采棉在初加工过程中棉结性状变化,分析了棉结在初加工过程中的一般演变规律。结果表明:初加工过程中机采棉机械棉结数量要明显高于手采棉机械棉结数。清理工序的增加能使生物棉结得到有效清除,但工艺参数配制不当会造成机械棉结的大幅度再生。
This paper adopted the counting method of nep impurities in the web,analyzed the nep change law by observing the changes of nep traits in the cotton ginning process.The results indicate that mechanical nep number of machine-harvested cotton is apparently higher than that of manuallyharvested cotton.The increase of the clearing process can effectively eliminate biological nep,but improper technological parameter setting will result in regeneration of mechanical nep in quantity.
