摘要
用户反馈在相同的存放环境中,同种钢号,不同钢厂生产的线棒材产品表面的锈蚀速率各不相同。针对这一情况,取样进行大气腐蚀比对试验,并对试样表面氧化层进行研究,发现钢材表面锈蚀较快的主要原因是线棒材表面氧化层缺陷较多,分析讨论了影响氧化层的因素以及阻止氧化层出现这种现象的可行措施。
The feed back from users showed that in the same stored environment and the same steel, the surface corrosion rates of wire rod products produced by different steel mills were different . Aimlning at this situation, atmospheric corrosion contrast experiment was performed and the surface Oxide layer was studied, it was found that the reason of faster corrosion was that the wire rod products had more surface defects on oxide layer. The impact factor on the oxide layer and the feasible measures to prevent this phenomena were analyzed and discussed.
