蛹虫草对紫外辐照果蝇子代生长发育的影响

摘要 为了研究蛹虫草对果蝇的紫外辐照保护作用,以不同质量分数的蛹虫草人工饲料饲养经不同时间紫外辐照的果蝇,观察统计其子代的生长发育期及发育特征。研究发现,蛹虫草粉质量分数为0.2%的人工饲料能有效缩短紫外辐照果蝇子代的全发育周期(P<0.01),该人工饲料也能使紫外辐照40 min果蝇的子代性别比和畸变率均降低(P<0.01)、体长增加(P<0.05)、飞翔率升高(P<0.05)。蛹虫草粉质量分数为0.4%的人工饲料不仅能使紫外辐照40 min果蝇的子代全发育周期缩短(P<0.01),还能使紫外辐照20 min果蝇的子代的性别比和畸变率均降低(P<0.01)、体长增加(P<0.01)。由此可见,适宜质量分数的蛹虫草粉能够修复辐照损伤,对机体起到抗紫外保护作用。 In order to study the antioxidant protective effects of Cordyceps militaris against ultraviolet radiation,Drosophila was radiated by different times UV and fed with different mass fractions of Cordyceps militaris medium. Through observing and counting its growth and development characteristics of the offspring,we found that Cordyceps militaris powder of 0. 2% quality score can effectively reduce the whole ultraviolet irradiation Drosophila progeny development cycle( P〈0. 01),this medium also made UV radiation 40 min Drosophila progeny sex ratio and distortion rate lower( P〈0. 01),body length and fly rate increased( P〈0. 05). Cordyceps militaris powder of 0. 4% quality score not only can shorten the whole development cycle( P〈0. 01) of UV radiation 40 min Drosophila progeny,but also can lower the sex ratio and distortion rate( P〈0. 01),and increase the body length( P〈0. 01) of UV radiation 20 min Drosophila offspring. Thus,the appropriate concentration of Cordyceps militaris powder was able to repair radiation damage and play an anti-UV radiation role on the body.
