南疆县域生态经济综合评价及障碍因素分析

Comprehensive evaluation on ecological economy in Southern Xinjiang and obstacle factors analysis

以南疆地区生态经济系统为研究对象,选取社会发展、经济增长、生态环境三大类20个指标构建生态经济指数评价指标体系,运用综合指数法与障碍度模型,对南疆地区42个县(市)进行了综合评价。结果表明,南疆地区县域生态经济指数的总体平均得分偏低,县域之间生态经济指数差异显著。影响南疆地区生态经济发展的主要障碍因子为人均耕地面积、经济密度与城镇固定资产投资。

Taking ecological economic system of Southern Xinjiang as research object,the index system of ecological economy index,which includes social development,economic growth and ecological environment,was built up to measure and evaluate the development situation of ecological economic system. Based on comprehensive index method and obstacle degree model,the paper assessed the development situation of ecological economy in 42 counties or cities in southern area of Xinjiang. The results showed that the overall average score of county ecological economy index of southern Xinjiang was low,there were distinct differences of ecological economy index value between the counties or cities.The main obstacle factors in the southern region of ecological economy were farmland area,economic density and the fixed assets investment.
