1例右耳血管瘤栓塞术后皮质盲的护理体会

Nursing Experience of One Case Cortical Blindness after Embolizaion of Right Ear Bemangioma

目的:探讨1例右耳血管瘤栓塞术后皮质盲的护理方法及效果。方法:选取我院于2015年7月7日收治的1例右耳血管患者为研究对象,该例患者经DSA引导下选择栓塞术治疗后,出现皮质盲。结果:该患者在术后经药物对症治疗、常规护理、康复护理后,该患者主诉视力明显恢复,左上肢肌力Ⅲ级。结论:介入手术是治疗右耳血管瘤的有效方法,术后中西医结合护理能够减轻患者皮质盲的不良症状,促进早日康复。

Objective： to research the nursing methods and the effect for 1 case of postoperative complications after the right ear hemangioma embolization. Methods： one case of right ear vascular patients in our hospital on July 7, 2015 was as the research object, the patient was given selection embolization by DSA guided, cortical blindness appeared after the operation. Results： the patients in the postoperative after drugs for the symptomatic treatment and routine nursing, rehabilitation nursing, the patient complained of visual acuity was recovered, left upper limb strength grade 11I. Conclusion： interventional surgery is an effective method for the treatment of hemangioma of the right ear, after operation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with nursing can alleviate the adverse symptoms of the patients with cortical blindness, and promote early rehabilitation.
