摘要
反向角是衡量往复压缩机十字头销与连杆小头衬套润滑效果的重要指标,对API618提出的反向角进行了深入的分析研究。通过理论分析压缩机往复运动质量的受力情况,得出了反向角与综合活塞力的关系,并据此提出了压缩机设计过程中的反向角预估算方法,以确保在设计工况下反向角能满足润滑要求。此外,分析了不同流量调节方式下的反向角变化,提出了流量调节过程中保证十字头销润滑的不同措施。
This paper presents the analysis and research on the rod load reverse angle from API Standard 618, which is an important index to measure the reciprocating compressor lubrication between crosshead pin and connecting rod bushing. The mechanical analysis of the reciprocating mass was performed to obtain the relationship between the rod load reverse angle and general piston force. Then the estimation method for the rod load reverse angle in the compressor design process was presented, aiming at ensuring the rod load reverse angle for the lubrication requirements at the design condition. Furthermore, the rod load reverse angle was analyzed according to various flow regulation methods to put forward several measures to ensure the lubrication of the crosshead pin in the process of flow regulation.
