摘要
分析了GB104氢气增压机连杆小头瓦损坏的原因,并通过提高连杆加工精度和采用铝镁合金薄壁瓦解决了小头瓦磨损严重的问题。
This paper presents an analysis on the reason of rod small end bush failures of the hydrogen compressor GBI04. The excessive wear problem of rod small end bush had been solved by promoting the processing precision of rod and using the aluminummagnesium alloy.
