摘要
追求生态效率,谋求长远发展是中国现代制造业面临的新常态。采用DEA的效率测算技术,测度了现代制造业2006—2014年的静态生态效率和动态生态效率。将动态生态效率分解成相对生态效率变化和环境技术变化两个组成部分,以揭示生态效率发展的动力之所在;将环境技术变化分解成数量指标和偏向性指标,以揭示环境技术变化的路径依赖性。结果发现:现代制造业普遍存在着环境技术无效的现象;行业间的生态效率差异大且比较固化;技术进步推动了生态效率的改善;希克斯中性的环境技术变化不具有普遍性。
Using the efficiency measurement ecological of DEA,to measure modern manufacturing industry ecological benefit and ecological benefit in 2006-2014. The ecological benefit is decomposed into the relative variation of ecological benefit and environmental technology changes in the two parts, in order to reveal the motive force of the development of ecological benefit; environmental technology change is decomposed into quantitative index and bias index, to reveal the environmental technology change path dependence. Results: the modern manufacturing industry widespread environmental technology invalid; difference of ecological benefit between industries and curing; technological progress to promote the ecological benefit; environmental technology change Hicks neutral not universal.
