The Impact of "Zero-Profit Drug Sales" on the Hospital Economic Operation in a County Public Hospital of Xinjiang

目的分析新疆某县级公立医院实施药品零差率对其经济运营数据的影响。方法采用描述性方法分析经济运营相关数据。结果该院实施药品零差率销售以来,总收入与医疗收入增加。而药品收入呈现下降趋势,财政补助增加。药品收入占医疗收入比重下降23.90%。医院门诊及住院患者人次显著增加,均次药费下降明显,但出院次均费用增加。结论县级公立医院改革缺乏经济保障,有待加强,医务人员积极性与能力水平亟待提高。

Objective ： To analyze the impact on the hospital economic operation in a county public hospital of Xinjiang after the implementation of zero - profit drug sales. Methods ： The economic operation data were analyzed by descriptive method. Results ： Since the implementation of zero -profit drug sales in the county public hospitals of Xiujiang,total income and medical service income had been still increasing , the income from drug sales had showed a decrease trend , while financial subsidies had increased . The proportion of drug income in the medical service income had dropped by 23.90% while the outpatient and inpatient visits in the hospital had increased, and the average drug charge in outpatient and inpatient decreased significantly, but average charges in outpatient had increased. Conclusion： There is no enough economic security in county public hospital reform which needs to be strengthened, and the medical staff enthusiasm and ability should be greatly improved.
