摘要
在现代化进程中,现代性产生了新的嬗变:批判精神的回归、权威话语的消解、自由主义的向往、实用主义的勃兴等,对高校青年教师思想政治素质的养成构成了冲击。这些冲击形成了多元价值文化的迷局,中心主义的离散,理想信念的偏离,消极人格的形成等弊端。为此,需要通过构建一元指导与多元文化的共生,理论灌输与实践运用的配合、批判自由主义与重树理想信念的并举,价值理性和工具理性的融入等策略予以应对。
In the process of modernization,modernity has produced a new transmutation:the return of criticism,the deconstruction of authority of discourse,yearning for liberalism,and the rise of pragmatism,etc.which constitute an impact on the formation of ideological and political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities.As a result a puzzle of multiple-value cultures submerged:the discrete of centralism,deviation of ideal and belief,and the formation of negative personality,etc.To solve these problems,we need to take a variety of strategies:constructing the coexistence of monistic guidance and multiculturalism,the combination of theoretical instillation and practical application,the simultaneous application of criticism on liberalism and reconstruction of ideal and faith,the integration of value rationality and instrumental rationality,etc.
