东北红豆杉雌、雄株茎的解剖学观察比较

Anatomical comparison based on female and male plant stems of Taxuscuspidata

通过常规石蜡切片法观察研究了东北红豆杉雌株、雄株茎的解剖学结构特点。结果表明:东北红豆杉雌株和雄株茎主要由3个部分组成,分别是表皮、皮层和维管柱,其中,维管柱是由初生韧皮部、初生木质部、维管形成层和髓组成。但是,观察发现东北红豆杉雌株的髓不是中空的,而雄株的髓是中空的。

The anatomy structure of female and male plant stems of Taxus cuspidatawas observed by par- affin section method. The results showed that the stem was composed of three parts, including epidemis, cortex and vascular cylinder. The vascular cylinder was composed of primary phloem, primary xylem, cambium and pitch. But the pitch of female plants of Taxus cuspidate was irregular parenchyma and the pitch of male plants of Taxus cuspidate was hollow.
