摘要
真空电子器件在微波技术的发展历程中发挥了重要作用,而在真空器件的研发和改进过程中,理论分析又是很重要的一个环节。本文在S.P.Yu所给物理模型的基础上,利用MATLAB编写了一套分布发射式正交场放大管的算法程序,实现了电子相位图的可视化,并且具体算出了分布发射式正交场放大管的参数,包括功率、增益、效率等,与实测值吻合良好。
Vacuum electron devices play an important role in the development of microwave technology, while theoretical analysis plays an important part in the development and improvement process of vacuum devices. Based on the physical model established by S. P. Yu, a set of algorithm program for distributed emission crossed field amplifier was carried out. By use of the program, the visualization of electronic phase diagram was realized, and the parameters of cross field amplifier, including power, gain, and effi- ciency was obtained. The theoretical value accords well with the measured value.
