摘要 本文介绍了烟叶处理的研究现状、微波加热的原理,进行了传统烟叶复烤技术和微波烟叶复烤技术的机理分析。根据实际生产情况,微波烟叶复烤能够解决传统烟叶复烤中存在烟叶含水率不均匀、烟叶开裂、扭曲变形等难题。同时,微波加热能够杀灭烟草中害虫的虫卵,提高烟叶的品位和价值,有利于卷烟企业对烟叶的后续加工和使用。 The research status of tobacco processing is introduced in this paper. The principle ot micro-wave heating is described, and the mechanisms of traditional tobacco redrying and of microwave heating to-bacco redrying are compared. The actual production situation shows that the microwave heating tobacco redrying technology can avoid problems in the traditional redrying process such as moisture uniformity, tobacco cracking and tobacco distortion. At the same time, microwave heating can kill pest eggs in tobacco and therefore improve the grade and value of tobacco, which is conducive to subsequent processing for to- bacco enterprtses.
